Terms and Conditions:

• The Comfort Protection Plan covers only electrically operated components inside the equipment and does not cover other electrical, plumbing or other work required due to negligence or misuse, acts of God, fire, freezing or other circumstances beyond our control or otherwise not within the scope of the covered systems.

• Hensley reserves the right to cancel the policy and provide a full refund if upon inspection of the equipment, service would be considered unsatisfactory to both the customer and Hensley.

• This policy does not cover system design failures or ductwork, only the maintenance of the functioning components.

• Maintenance visits to be performed during normal hours of 8 AM-5 PM, Monday thru Friday. Service visits outside the realm of the policy or for system or component breakdown will be charged to the customer at normal service rates minus the customer entitled discounts.

• Any changes, adjustments or repairs performed by others without prior notice to Hensley may result in termination of this agreement.

• Hensley will endeavor to render prompt, efficient and professional service to the best of its ability, but shall not be liable for any damages resulting from system failures, breakdowns, water leaks, etc.

• Customer can cancel this policy at anytime in writing and receive a full pro-rated refund.

• Upon sale of the home covered herein, this agreement is transferable to the new owner upon written request.

• Customer will be notified 30 days prior to expiration wherein the customer can renew their agreement and maintain the policy’s benefits without interruption or cancel in writing via US mail or e-mail.

• Terms and conditions subject to change. Written notification of any changes will be provided by Hensley.
